US-sanctioned Hong Kong chief Carrie Lam has no checking account, receives wage in money

HONG KONG: Hong Kong chief Carrie Lam mentioned she has “piles of money” at dwelling as she has no checking account after the US slapped sanctions on her in response to a safety legislation China imposed on town.
