Georgia man fleeing deputies leaves behind successful lottery ticket
A sheriff’s workplace in Georgia had a message for a suspect who fled throughout a visitors cease in Cherokee County, north of Atlanta, Monday: Deputies would maintain onto his successful $100 lottery ticket for him.
“To the suspect who ran on foot from our deputies on a visitors cease this morning on I-75, you left a successful $100.00 lottery ticket in your car,” the division wrote in a Fb put up. “You may declare your ticket at 498 Chattin Dr. in Canton. It is going to be right here ready for you. Congratulations by the way in which.”
Deputies discovered the person not removed from the place he fled and he was taken into custody, in accordance with WSB-TV in Atlanta.

“Sure he’ll get his lottery ticket again,” the division confirmed later in a Fb remark, “however we’re conserving his methamphetamine.”
