Zhang Ming

Zhang Ming is Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary and head of mission of the Folks’s Republic of China to the European Union. He entered China’s international service in 1983, and as soon as served in Yemen, Oman, Israel and Kenya. From 2013 to 2017, he was vice-minister of international affairs. He turned head of the Chinese language mission to the EU in October 2017.
