Tropical Storm Laura forecast to turn into main hurricane over Gulf of Mexico

The Nationwide Hurricane Heart advisory says “from Wednesday afternoon into Saturday, Laura is predicted to supply rainfall of four to eight inches, with remoted most quantities of 12 inches throughout parts of the west-central U.S. Gulf Coast close to the Texas and Louisiana border north into parts of the decrease Mississippi Valley.
